Day 1
The day starts with an ascent to Minto’s Hut which is situated at 4,300 meters. This hut is situated on a plateau overlooking Lake Michaelson which is 300m below. Dinner and Overnight at MINTO’S HUT.
Day 2
The starts with a morning trek via Tooth Col between rocks. Dinner and Overnight at AUSTRIAN HUT
Day 3
Very early in the morning, start your last trek for about 1 hour to the summit of Point Lenana. Enjoy being on the summit by taking photographs, before descending to Chogoria Park Gate. Dinner and Overnight in Chogoria
Day 4
Depart for your next destination

If you want to get to the Lenana point as quickly as possible, then this is your route although not most scenic. It is the easiest route to the top with bunkhouses and good access.
In order to get to the two highest peaks of Batian and Nelion, we recommend that you have ropes, ice-axes as well as other specialized climbing gear. We strongly believe that only experienced climbers can attempt the two peaks.
In general, most climbers reach the Lenana point at 4,970 meters (16,300 feet), popularly known as the "Tourist Peak".
Day 1
We recommend that climbers spend this night at a lodge for preparations. Dinner and Overnight at NARO MORU LODGE
Day 2
Breakfast in the lodge. Depart for Naro Moru gate, start walking through Teleki Valley for approximately 3 to 4 hours covering about 10 kilometers with an ascent of about 1,000 meters to the Met Station which is at a height of about 3,050 meters. Dinner and Overnight at MET STATION
Day 3
From Met Station, you will walk past the vertical bog for about 5 to 6 hours covering about 10 kilometers with an ascent of about 1,150 Meters until you reach Mackinders Camp situated at a height of about 4,210m. Dinner and Overnight at MACKINDERS CAMP
Day 4
At about 3.00am start the final push to the summit. From Mackinder's Camp you will walk for about 3.5 hours covering about 4 kilometers with an ascent of about 785 meters until you reach Point Lenana at a height of 4,985 meters.This early start will allow you to enjoy the sunrise over the mountains at Point Lenana.
After enjoying your life at the summit with photographs, you will then start a descent of about 1,935 meters with a trek of about 5-6 hours covering some 14 kilometers until you reach Met station. Dinner and Overnight at MET STATION
Day 5
Depart for Naro moru Lodge for a day of relaxation or proceed on another program
6 Days Mount Kenya Climbing Combination
This is a combination of two routes namely Naro Moru and Chogoria Routes. To climb to the highest peaks-Batian and Nelion, one requires ropes, ice-axes and other specialized climbing gear. The two peaks can be attempted by experienced climbers. Non-experienced climbers have managed to reach point Lenana 4,970 meters (16,300ft) commonly called the "Tourist Peak".
Day 1
Transfer to Naro Moru Lodge for acclimatization. Dinner and Overnight at NARO MORU LODGE
Day 2
Breakfast in the lodge. Diner and Overnight at MET STATION at a height of 3,0550m
Day 3
Breakfast in the station. Depart for Mackinders Camp. Dinner and Overnight at MACKINDER’S CAMP
Day 4
Breakfast in the camp. Proceed on the summit circuit route passing two Tarn Huts namely, Oblong Tarn and Hausberg Tarn. Reach Shipton’s Camp at the height of 4,210m. Dinner and Overnight at SHIPTON’S CAMP
Day 5
At around 2.00 A.M depart for the final trek to the summit at Point Lenana. As you arrive here, you will be fascinated by the sunrise. Enjoy your success on the summit by taking photos etc. Descend via Square Tarn to Minto’s Hut. Your breakfast will be served at Minto’s Hut. After breakfast, depart for Chogoria Park Gate. Dinner and Overnight at CHOGORIA PARK GATE
Day 6
Breakfast, then depart for your next destination.
